I spent the whole week planning a whole new life.  Overall it was a pleasant experience because its well  organized and i believe everything will go smooth..  We  just have one problem, lack of time.

Since I know that I need lot of improvements, my mind will be wandering about the many things Reinvent can do.  The opportunities in front of us, and the priorities we can make.

I feel that the a time away from work is very significant that Thinking  and planning must be part of work routine.  This is  20% time for Facebook and Twitter.

I am so sure of the results that I'll already experiment with Reinvent.  Key here is OUTPUT.  Expect major rocking projects ahead!

Hacking the Maldives Tech Industry

It's true some of the World's most famous billionaires like Richard Branson,  Paul Allen & Roman Abramovich Loves Maldives. They only come to enjoy the Natural beauty of Maldives.
We need to work hard to get there attention to other industries in the country as well.

Most of us say starting something is Hard,  But, I would say starting something is easy to do than running something and implementing the idea for long term.


We have many new start-ups in Maldives who starts something and gone lost forever or never get updated. The main reason is lack of funding & resources &  Support from Small to Large Scale Businesses in the Country. What they think about and fund mostly is in Politics, while Monopolizing the biggest industries in the country.

We need to train our Youths sufficiently in schools, ( Specially in Business related Schools ), Organize Workshops that give awareness to one of the biggest industry on the world.

If  you think Fishing & Tourism is the Only industry in Maldives. I Disagree with you.

Because those industries itself depends upon the work and support of Geeks likes us.

We have 100s of Professional and Creative guys in our IT industry who can create, develop and hack amazing ideas and solutions that will have a market value internationally.

We need to take it serious in a national Level. What I see is that the industry does not have much attention from the government Organizations itself and People appointed are irresponsible.

The only problem is we always plan, we always say we have thought of that idea, and it goes on for days, weeks, months and years and you don't implement and try it. That means you have nothing in your mind. If you have it Implement and do it, take the risk, It will never be a waste of time. It will build your Portfolio

As member of the organizing team of  Hack.mv Event, I believe that this event will create a value in the work we all do specially for young entrepreneurs and developers.

Starting something is Easy but remember that you will need to put extra effort to your ideas to make it up-to your customers.

World has changed

World has changed so much, and it happens all the time that most of us start to follow someone else footstep.
And those who Reinvent are considered stupid and useless by most of us. But they are the one who changed this world and who will keep changing this world. And we all know whats coming, Do you ?

My Interest on online Business starts from the fact that I totally want to do something out of the box  that will benefit the community. Thinking If they invent in Europe and USA why cant we Reinvent those ideas that will fit into our society.

I always want to Understand and Try and come with new ways that connect us all. Believing someday those investors will realize how profitable and useful our work will become and give a helping hand to us.

And comes the most common Question from Family and Auditors, Why are you really wasting your time on this ? And my Answer is I believe that sustainable way to generate a income comes when we open our eyes and give our commitment to it and that's how i want my team to think.

Everyone is now on a boost because of Internet and how Smart Phone, Tablets and iPads Connect us. Specially those Android and Apple Devices.



Everyone knows we are heading for a Great Boost, But still none of us know where exactly we will end-up.

Finally I am enjoying life,Things are getting better, and well organized.
And  I have finally got few minutes for a Healthy life. just after 03 months. " Yes I did it "

What can we do NEXT ?

I was in Colombo last week to attend the Social Media Marketing Workshop by E-business Academy and meet some great companies like eMarketingEye Specialized in Online Marketing for Hospitality and Travel Related Products and Services.

It was a excellent Office setup by eMarketing Eye, a Kind of office and work environment I really wanted to have since we got Inspired by Facebook and Google Office Setups.

In the mean time, We have lost one of the longest serving staff .So I had to ask myself Why?
Why did he leave the company?  And then the questions... why I didn't do this and that with him...

I felt like it was a loss for our Team.There is no way I can fix it , when the mistake was not ours. But we can learn from it and change the way we communicate with the staffs and address the issues.

That's one of the advantages of being in a small organization. You get to keep the ties, you get to keep the relationships. From now on I challenge myself to be closer than ever to our team. And To reinvent better products together.
