What most people don't realize, especially in business, whatever it is that the business does it's not for them but for their customers. Most think in terms of what is it for them? Well it is not about them it is about ME - the customer.
So make it easy for the customer... make it easy for them to push a button and everything happens, make it easy for them to register, make it easy for them to find what they want and be satisfied.
They are the customers and by definition they are the people who pay.
So charge them high but give them something they'll never forget.
In business, one top priority is the customer! So in making a product or anything that you want your customer to buy it or to download it or whatever, you as the businessman should think "what is your customer wants" and "what your customer thinks" .. That's really important..
