Help the World by Raising Your Kids to be Entrepreneurs

Love Money, Love Business and Teach Your Kids to be Entrepreneurs.

Unfortunatly School systems are Grooming this World to say " Hey lets be a Lawyer or let's be a Doctor ."

We are missing that Opportunity cause, no one ever says " Hey, be an entrepreneur."

Who's right and who's wrong?


Seth Godin's latest book Linchpin is not about marketing. It is about work. Do you act as a cog in the machinery of business, or are you an artist that stand out and make things happen.

This book runs opposite to a lot of entrepreneurial startup books most notably E-Myth by Gerber, which instructs entrepreneurs to define jobs in a very detailed manner (thru job descriptions and systems) so as to be able to hire the lowest cost person for the position.

So who's right and who's wrong? I believe in both. Having beautiful (yes, beautiful is the word) systems in your organization keeps the chaos in focus relative the vision and objectives. It is the minimum, the starting point. What drives forward movements are starters, rebels, iconoclasts or in the words of Seth Godin, linchpins or artists.
If you want steady and normal growth, go ahead and create a machine and fill it with jobs. Make sure the rules are clear and go by the book.
If you want a crack at being Wildly Successful, hire the weirdos, the artists. People who see work as an opportunity to make a real difference. But do make sure there are systems and intentionally go beyond it.

Running a Business is not easy.

We started small, But it seems we are getting more popular. Recently there was a stage that we were unable to cater our customer with growing demand.

This means , we will get Complains, and Critism from few costomers as well competitors and Staffs who left us ( unhappy ) or Terminated for misbehaving.

Not a Problem at all, The Biggest and the strongest companies in the World does face the same problems every day over and over again. And Specially in the present day, with FREEDOM of Speech and the growing number of Social Media Channels , Customers are the Winners.
We learn new things everyday, and according to that we have to change our Policies. And improve how we deal with our customers and even our staffs.

Maybe our decisions are not right all the time, But we always Prioritize our customers, Value our Staffs and Vendors.

And We apply Some rules and policies to our Employees to improve our service. And it applies to everyone working for us . No matter he is a friend, related to directors or Sweet ones.
Thats, One main reason why, I keep my relatives away from the work we do, ( I don't want it  personal )

On the Next few days, We will try to figure out what are the internal problem, within our company. And how we can get full commitment from our staffs, and maybe introduce few systems which will value there hard work.
